Domestic & International Shipping
Kalodoro offer free shipping All over India. Outside of India shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping destination. You can view the shipping charges applicable to your order at checkout
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The shipping companies available are DHL, UPS, ARAMEX and FEDEX.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons and promotional periods.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your shipping destination and the chosen shipping method. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays with the courier service or customs clearance processes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@kalodoro.com with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the shipping address or shipping method may not be possible. Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and up to date.
Custom & Taxes
Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.
Shipping Holidays
Please note that our shipping operations are closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Payment Policy
Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.
Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at support@kalodoro.com or you can call us on our customer support number, +91-6377844826 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)
Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum of ₹10,000 total order value.
For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe.
Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
